One lucky guest in 2009 is going to win $5,000 because they chose to stay in a Sunset Properties vacation rental home at either Ocean Isle Beach or Sunset Beach.
It could be you!
It’s a simple contest with a huge prize. Here’s how it will work:
- Book and pay your deposit for at least a week’s vacation for any dates in 2009 with Sunset Properties by the end of June 20th.
- We will pull one name out of a box full of all of the eligible names on Monday June 22nd, and that individual will win a $5,000 check!
Every guest that already has a 2009 reservation booked with deposit paid by June 20th will be eligible for the drawing. So if you’ve already made your vacation plans with us for this year, you’ll be automatically entered in the sweepstakes.
If you haven’t made your reservations for this summer yet, now’s the time!

Terms And Conditions
- Promotion Includes: every individual that makes a '09 reservation with Sunset Properties of a week or more in length on or before June 20, 2009 is automatically entered in the drawing for the $5,000 prize.
- Promotion Eligibility: You must have made your initial deposit on the reservation to be in the sweepstakes. Employees of Sunset Properties, Inc. are not eligible to win.
- Release: Winner will be notified by phone or email upon drawing on the 22nd. Prior to receiving the prize, winner agrees to provide Sunset Properties appropriate information for required tax forms within 10 days of notification. If personal contact with winner and/or collection of tax information is not completed within the 10 day period, an alternative winner will be selected. By accepting the prize, Winner agrees to allow Sunset Properties, Inc to use the winner's name and likeness as desired in future promotions, not limited to company print and web pieces.
