Our Company
Thank you for considering Sunset Properties as either your property manager or host for your family's next vacation here on the island of Sunset Beach, NC and Ocean Isle Beach, NC.
Our company was founded in 1988, and has grown over the years to become the largest rental management company and real estate sales operation on the island at Sunset Beach. The current owners, Ron & Adrienne Watts, have been with Sunset Properties since 1999 after being homeowners serviced by the company for years.
The company manages approximately 400 homes for short-term vacations. As the company has grown over the years, so has our staff. Today we have approximately 20 full-time employees working with us. Pat Wolfe is the company's General Manager, and Casey Holcombe is our Rental Manager for Ocean Isle Beach homes. We have staff handling reservations, marketing, property services, housekeeping, maintenance, and accounting. We work with over 200 other contractors that help us with housekeeping and maintenance projects throughout the year.
We offer homeowners an active marketing program. Our website has been designed by Visual Data Systems (Ellicott City, MD), and we continually update the site with more features to make it easier to use for both our rental guests and homeowners. We rely on the web, direct marketing, and general media promotion to market to individuals that haven't experienced a Sunset Beach stay yet.
We strive to make our best feature our customer service. Each of our staff members wants to make sure that, whether you are a homeowner or rental guest, your stay while on the island has everything to do with relaxing. Whether by playing in the sand and water or simply reading a book on the deck, we hope you'll have little concern about items around the house itself. And if something comes up, our staff will tackle it as quickly as possible. The guest comments above are samples of the comments we receive after a stay.
