Rate Seasons for 2012

Sunset Properties has established 4 rate seasons for 2012

In Season rates apply June 9- August 11. Come enjoy a great summer week at Ocean Isle Beach. Most homes only rent weekly from Saturday to Saturday during this period, though we have a few that rent either Friday to Friday or Sunday to Sunday.

Discount Weeks are May 26-June 9 and August 11-25. Some owners offer discounts up to 25% from summer peak rates during these weeks-this is a great time to enjoy Ocean Isle Beach at a reduced rate.

Spring/Fall Weeks apply April 21-May 26 and August 25-September 21. Great weather and no crowds -what more could you ask for? Rates typically are 30% to 40% below our summer peak rates.

Off Season rates Jan 1-April 21 and September 22- December 31. Our favorite time of year- mild weather and best rates of the year-up to 50% off of the summer peak rates. Enjoy a month or more.
