It's time to make your family vacation plans for this year! Sunset Properties is sprinkling a little of the irish luck over your vacation if you reserve one of our participating homes between March 11th - 29th. Receive a free vacation package - just chose from over 200 participating vacation homes. You can begin your search for our participating homes HERE. Here's how this promotion works:

Check "Lucky Day Promotion" under the amenities in your home search, and book one of the participating homes.

Based on that home's rental rate, choose one fo the following packages:

Leprechaun Packages - homes priced $750 or up.

Premium Golfer Package - Good for up to 4 people. Guests get a Grand Strand Golf Association membership card, good for discounts on greens fees at area golf courses, restaurants, and specialty shops. Not only is it good for your vacation, but your membership lasts for a full year!

Calabash Creamery Gift Certificate - This package features a $50 gift certificate, good for cool treats at the Calabash Creamery. The popular ice cream shop is our choice for great homemade ice cream. It lies about a 10 minute drive from Sunset Beach.

Clover Packages - homes priced $1500 or up.

Choose one of the Leprechaun packages or one of these:

Kicking Back Package - Kick back during your vacation and let us supply your beach gear! Guests get a free beach equipment rental of a gas grill, 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella, and a beach wagon; delivered to you at arrival by Rest a Shore Beach Gear.

Deep Sea Fishing - Enjoy a half day fishing excursion out on the ocean for up to 4 people with Hurricane Fleet out of Calabash. Hurricane Fleet has a great reputation around town as proven fishing experts. Half day fishing trips can be taken from 8:00 AM - 12:30 PM or 1:00 PM - 5:30 PM; Monday - Friday.

Shamrock Packages - homes priced $3000 or up.

Choose one package from the Clover or Leprechaun levels, or one of these:

Taste of the Town - Enjoy (2) $100 gift certificates, one to the Isles Restaurant in Ocean Isle Beach, and one to the Parson's Table in Little River. Then go over to the Calabash Creamery in our neighboring town of Calabash for desert with your $50 gift certificate!
Picture Perfect Package - The whole family is in town, so why don't you get a family portrait taken on the beach for a souvenir of your beach vacation. Guests get a free photo session with a complimentary 11X14 print, from Logan Wallace Photography.

Pot Of Gold Packages - homes priced $4500 or up.

Choose one package from the Shamrock, Clover, or Leprechaun packages, or one of these:

The Surf Plus Package - Enjoy time out on the water with this package. Guests will get two kayaks, two surfboards, and surfing lessons for two during your vacation.
No Worries Package - With this beach equipment package, you'll get 6 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and wagon from Rest a Shore Beach Equipment with a free linen package from Sunset Properties. We'll make all beds and set out towels in anticipation for your arrival!

Please Note:

Only paid reservations made between the "Lucky Day" dates of March 11th - 29th are eligible for participation in this promotion.
Packages will be applied to the reservation upon receipt of your initial deposit.
