The Carlson Cottage is a large, elegant house on the third row of Ocean Isle Beach. Home offers outstanding views of the ocean and is close to a beach access. Guests staying at the Carlson Cottage have access to a private swimming pool and hot tub. Carlson Cottage is a privately owned home, professionally managed by Sunset Properties.
This home features several amenities to make your stay more enjoyable. There is wireless internet access for your convenience, as well as a gas grill for those evenings where you just want to stay in. The Carlson Cottage provides a television in each bedroom for when you want to get away and relax in private. Also enjoy a cup of coffee while sitting on one of the covered decks.
Cottage is one of a select number of our rental homes participating in the Platinum Perks program. The home has met certain key size, furnishing and amenity standards to qualify. Guests will enjoy special benefits not available at all homes: beach chairs (one per bedroom) and a beach wagon will be provided at no charge, internet access is also included. Beds will be made with linen at no charge, and partial check-in is allowed after 1:30pm (we'll have a bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen ready for your use by that time. You can drop the bags and head to the beach while we finish the cleaning by our normal check-in time of 4pm

We were looking for a home with a private pool. We usually like to rent oceanfront, but with a pool that is limited and very expensive. We also like the Platinum Perks, including beach chairs, wagon, linen on beds, and the early check-in option. S.C.
