Mema's is a 4 bedroom home with a loft and two bathrooms. This bright and airy home offers an ocean view from the upper deck, and is just 3 houses from the beach access. The home is privately owned, and Sunset Properties provides its professional rental management services. Mema's will accommodate 10.

Kitchen/den renovations completed in 2011 include granite countertops, new kitchen cabinets, stainless steel appliances, improved lighting, expanded seating capacity, a center island, and new flooring throughout the kitchen, dining area, and den. The four bedrooms are now furnished with three queen beds and two twins. All bedrooms have direct access to decks having southern exposure. In addition, a newly renovated loft features twin beds and is well-suited for children.

The den is a great place for family conversations or just enjoying a favorite television show or movie together on a larger screen. The sectional couch is so inviting. There are also plenty of board games for a little family friendly entertainment. WIFI internet access is available as well.

With a second floor sun deck, a furnished covered porch, and outdoor picnic table, there's plenty of room for outdoor activities. The front porch rockers and an outdoor picnic table offer great places for additional relaxation. Mema's is also equipped with a pack/play crib for in-home use, a high chair and booster seat for our younger guests.
