The Seller's home is a very basic home but bright and cheery at an affordable price. The homeowners have recently painted the inside, and have updated the bedroom mattresses. Reminiscent of earlier days at the beach, you'll find banana trees in the backyard and the fish biting right across the street.

The OCEAN VIEW from the front porch is relaxing and inviting, with the beach access just steps away. Enjoy sitting on the covered front porch. This cottage has basic color cable TV and a DVD player.

This Ocean Isle Beach vacation rental has a washer and dryer on the street level for your convenience. Although this cottage has NO PHONE and NO Dishwasher, you cannot beat the low weekly price for the convenience of the beach no more than 50 feet away.
