A Southern Escape is a 5 bedroom home in the Summer Place neighborhood on Ocean Isle Beach. This home is privately owned, and is just a short walk to the beach and even closer to the community pool. Sunset Properties provides its professional rental management services.
Built in 2005, this beautiful Ocean Isle Beach vacation rental home offers luxurious accommodations with lots of room to spread out. An open floor plan and high ceilings give this house an airy feel and the well equipped kitchen has plenty of seating. After a fun day at the beach, you can relax on the ba
ck decks which both have an ocean peek or take a nap in one of the hammocks.
The sand court is also ready for a game of volleyball, badminton, or horseshoes, and for making sandcastles. This home is super kid friendly with a Nintendo Wii, Nintendo Game Cube plus dozens of games, 100+ movies, books, toys, balls, board games, baby bathtub, highchair, booster seat, Boppy pillow, Gymni activity mat, toddler bed rail and pack-n-play.
A large plasma HDTV with digital cable in the family room and color cable TVs in every bedroom make it easy for everyone to watch their own favorite program. Beach chairs, grill, adult bicycles, scooters, beach wagon, fishing rods, kites, bats, balls, buckets and shovels are also included for your stay.
The Summer Place community pool is open daily from April 1 until September 30th of each year.
This is one of a select number of our rental homes participating in the Platinum Perks program. The home has met certain key size, furnishing and amenity standards to qualify. Guests will enjoy special benefits not available at all homes: beach chairs (one per bedroom) and a beach wagon will be provided at no charge, internet access is also included. Beds will be made with linen at no charge, and partial check-in is allowed after 1:30 pm (we'll have a bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen ready for your use by that time. You can drop the bags and head to the beach while we finish the cleaning by our normal check-in time of 4pm).
