Welcome to My Three Suns located in the Summer Place neighborhood of Ocean Isle Beach. Situated on a large corner lot, on a child safe cul-de-sac street, this home is just around the corner from the community pool and a short walk to the beach.
This spacious five-bedroom home is masterfully decorated in elegant beach tones. The home's open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and abundance of windows in the living area provides generous space for entertaining with plenty of natural light The kitchen is fully equipped for those who enjoy cooking fresh seafood from the nearby docks of Calabash or for simply enjoying morning breakfast and conversation. The substantial bedrooms give those who may "over-pack" generous space to spread out.
The large furnished sun decks are the perfect place to enjoy a peaceful morning cup of coffee or a relaxing evening admiring the sunsets. With Adirondack chairs, rocking chairs, picnic table and outdoor speakers, the sun deck may be your favorite "room" of the house.
Family friendly amenities include access to a Community Pool just for guests and owners of Summer Place, Wireless Internet Access, Ceiling Fans and CCTV's in each bedroom, HBO/Showtime, 2 DVD Players, Stereo with CD player, Board Games, Large capacity Washer and Dryer, Oversized 80 Gallon Water Heater, Outdoor Shower, Charcoal Grill, and much more.
This home is one of a select number of our rental homes participating in the Platinum Perks program. The home has met certain key size, furnishing and amenity standards to qualify. Guests will enjoy special benefits not available at all homes: beach chairs(one per bedroom) and a beach wagon will be provided at no charge, internet access is also included. Beds will be made with linen at no charge, and partial check-in is allowed after 1:30pm (we'll have a bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen ready for your use by that time. You can drop the bags and head to the beach while we finish the cleaning by our normal check-in time of 4pm).
