Sandy Steps is a well decorated beach house, in excellent condition, and offers convenient beach access less than a block away.
Amenities include TVs in all of the bedrooms along with new 46 inch Flat Screen TV in the living area, 1 VCR, 2 DVD players, playstation, expanded digital cable including Showtime and Movie Channel, charcoal grill, unlimited long distance phone service, sundeck, horse shoe pit, and multiple covered porches. For extra bedding there is a single sleeper in the loft area, a queen sleeper sofa in the living area, as well as a trundle under the trapeze bunks.
Enjoy the ocean views from the widow's watch, or spend an evening sitting out on the screened in porch. Guests have access to a community pool that is conveniently located right next door. This is one of a select number of our rental homes participating in the Platinum Perks program. The home has met certain key size, furnishing and amenity standards to qualify. Guests will enjoy special benefits not available at all homes: beach chairs (one per bedroom) and a beach wagon will be provided at no charge, internet access is also included. Beds will be made with linen at no charge, and partial check-in is allowed after 1:30pm (we'll have a bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen ready for your use by that time. You can drop the bags and head to the beach while we finish the cleaning by our normal check-in time of 4pm).
Reserve nighlty during the off season with a three night minimum for only $330 per night!
