The Dixie Playhouse is a privately owned home that features front and rear sundecks that provide plenty of seating, and a covered porch to sit and watch the ocean waves. There is a beach access located directly across the street which makes getting to the beach a breeze. This property is located on Ocean Isle Beach and is professionally managed by Sunset Properties.
