97 West First Street is a beautiful oceanfront home on Ocean Isle Beach. This property features gorgeous ocean views from the large, open lving area. There are also ocean views from each bedroom. A private pool will be installed prior to the 2012 rental season (estimated size is 25' x 12'). Enjoy the evening ocean breeze while sitting out on the deck or catch a game of ping pong downstairs. This home is professionally managed by Sunset Properties.
This is one of a select number of our rental homes participating in the Platinum Perks program. The home has met certain key size, furnishing and amenity standards to qualify. Guests will enjoy special benefits not available at all homes: beach chairs (one per bedroom) and a beach wagon will be provided at no charge, and partial check-in is allowed after 1:30pm (we'll have a bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen ready for your use by that time. You can drop the bags and head to the beach while we finish the cleaning by our normal check-in time of 4pm). Also, snacks and drinks will be stocked in the fridge to help ensure your vacation gets off to a great start.
