Perks From Sunset Properties
FREE DVD Rentals - Our guests are able to rent one free DVD at a time from the DVD rental machine located at each office (Sunset Beach and Ocean Isle Beach). One rental card per reservation with instructions will be given to guests in their welcome packets obtained at arrival.
Business Center - Does your rental home not come with internet access? Need to work on a project while at the beach? Guests are allowed free access to our business center located in the lobby of our main office (419 S. Sunset Blvd). You'll find a comfortable atmosphere with high speed WIFI internet access, fax machine, copier, and printers. There are two desktop computers, but you're free to use your own laptop, if compatible with WIFI.
FREE Linen Set-Up - You shouldn't have to do anything but relax when you arrive in your vacation home. Your trip was long enough! Let us make your beds for you and set your bath towels out. Just order a full linen package on the rental agreement, or order the linen package two weeks or more from your arrival date.
Duration of Stay Discounts - One week at Sunset Beach is just not enough. We'll make it easier for you to stay for two weeks! Come to the beach for two consecutive weeks in the same home and we'll take 5% off the published price for the second week.
