Ocean Isle VIP Program

Sunset Properties introduces the VIP Program in Ocean Isle Beach. Here is your chance to experience some of Ocean Isle's premier vacation homes with some extra touches!

Each home in the program is first class. And each enjoys the benefits of being part of Sunset Properties' Perks Club for guests. But in addition, when you rent one of these VIP homes, you'll get extra perks that other vacation rental homes don't offer, such as a 12:00 noon check-in time at your rental home this summer.

When you arrive early in the afternoon at the island when you rent one of these VIP homes, head straight to the house. Your house attendant will have one room, bathroom, and a refrigerator ready for your use. Change into your swimsuits and start enjoying the pool or beach, or beat the crowds and finish shopping early. We'll have a cooler stocked with cold soft drinks to help you start the vacation out! If you want to, go ahead and inspect everything in the house to make sure all is to your satisfaction. The attendant will answer questions about the island and point out any special features the home might have.

Each of these VIP homes comes with a few beach chairs and a wheeled cooler for use during your stay. We'll also start your days off with a complimentary newspaper delivered to your home by 9 am. At check-out, just leave your rental keys on the kitchen counter.
