Many rental companies promote a rental price, but also add fees such as reservations, administration, damage waiver or security deposit, credit card, and maid service on top of the rent. That can quickly add up to several hundreds of dollars of unexpected fees per reservation, and put you over your budget.

With our Simple Pricing approach, the rental amount Sunset Properties advertises for each of our homes is the final price (plus tax). We don't have any standard fees that we add on top of the rent.

Sure, you can order optional services through us (Trip Insurance Protection, Linen rentals, or bringing a pet to a pet-friendly home are a few examples) that have their own charges. But the key is each of these is optional-it is not forced on every reservation.
