About Our Services

The Sunset Properties sales staff at our Ocean Isle Beach office focuses on both island and mainland properties.  The company is one of the largest independent real estate firms in the area, with eight real estate sales brokers in the office.

Each of our associates is a member of the Brunswick County Association of Realtors, and can serve in one of three roles for every client:

• Buyer’s representative-we work to learn each client’s personal preferences, and then will represent the client in the process of finding and then negotiating for the best property.
• Seller’s representative-we do work exclusively for a seller to identify the appropriate competitive price for his property, and then develop and implement a marketing plan to get the property exposed and sold to likely buyers
• Dual agent-in some cases, our clients allow us to represent both sides in a transaction if a particular property meets the needs of a buyer that they are also working with.
