Sunset Properties to Host 1st Housekeeping Seminar and Job Fair

Sunset Properties has announced that it will be hosting its 1st Housekeeping Seminar and Job Fair on February 27th at the Sea Trail Conference Center from 9 am until 1 pm. The event is open to individuals and contractors interested in cleaning one of the company’s 400 rental homes in either Sunset Beach, NC or Ocean Isle Beach, NC this coming season.

The conference will include presentations on proper and efficient cleaning procedures to use when cleaning a home, along with demonstrations of some of the new products on the market. Representatives from Brame Specialties, Rubbermaid, Spartan Chemicals and Sunset Properties will be presenting at the seminar.

"We have scheduled a full morning that should benefit all attendees", said David Sides, "One of the topics that I’m particularly excited to cover will be the demonstration of some of the new ‘green’ products now on the market for us to use while we clean homes."

Another feature of the day will be a Q&A session with some homeowners to let attendees hear what some of the owner expectations are. That session will be moderated by Ron Watts, President and Owner of Sunset Properties.
