Labor Day Happenings

With Labor Day right around the corner, we thought we would fill you in on all the activities that will be held over the holiday weekend.
On Friday, September 3rd, the Ocean Isle Beach Concert Series will host the final concert of the season in the parking lot beside of the Museum of Coastal Carolina. The Tams will be playing a great variety of beach music and oldies, so be sure to bring your chair and join in the fun.
On Saturday, September 4th, the Ocean Isle Property Owner's Association and the Museum of Coastal Carolina will be hosting a sand sculpture contest behind the Ocean Isle Beach Community Center which is located at 44 East First Street. The contest will be from 11:30am to 2:00pm and sculptures can be built with any natural material found on the beach. Sculptures will be judged on originality, quality of work and group fun.
